Every applicant must complete Profoundly’s Pro Application - built by HubSpot alum and recognized ecosystem experts to gauge HubSpot expertise. Our prospective Pros detail clients' challenges, their strategic approaches, solution implementations, and measurable results - proving they can solve real problems, and produce real results for their clients.

2. References Required

We require each candidate to submit client references, including contact information and project testimonials. We look for evidence of measurable results, strong communication, and consistent follow-through.

3. Technical Expertise Evaluation

We require all prospective Pros do a practical assessment that details their most complex recent projects. It enables us to thoroughly assess technical knowledge across the entire HubSpot ecosystem - from foundational HubSpot skill to advanced specializations in RevOps, integrations, and custom development. We also evaluate experience with complementary tools and platforms.
