Ticket Re-Opening Management in Help Desk

HubSpot has introduced a new feature for managing the reopening of tickets in the Help Desk. This tool, currently in private beta, allows users to control if, when, and how closed tickets should reopen based on new replies. Support reps can now prevent closed tickets from reopening unnecessarily, which historically caused issues for reporting, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and overall efficiency.

This update enables support teams to manage their processes for new replies to closed tickets more effectively. For instance, if a support ticket is closed and the customer responds within a specified time frame (e.g., three days), the ticket can automatically reopen. If the response comes later, a new ticket can be generated. This ensures better organization and prioritization for support reps.

AI Email Template Import: Streamlining Your Email Campaigns

One of the most exciting updates is the AI Email Template Import feature. This tool allows users to paste HTML email designs from platforms like Mailchimp, Canva, Klaviyo, or Figma into HubSpot, and the AI will convert these designs into editable, drag-and-drop templates within HubSpot's email editor. This eliminates the need for manual rebuilding and coding, significantly speeding up the process of creating email campaigns.

Users can navigate to Marketing > Email > Create Email, select the email type (regular or automated), and then upload or paste the HTML file. The AI will instantly convert the design, allowing further modifications within HubSpot.

HubSpot is introducing a smarter and more powerful Breeze Copilot, set to be available in summer 2025. The new Breeze Copilot will include features like detailed multi-part questions, more accurate answers, and a deeper understanding of CRM data. Users can expect faster performance and higher-quality responses, making it a valuable tool for enhancing productivity and efficiency.

During the private beta, some features may not be available, such as text refinement in content editor tools and image generation. However, core functionalities like web search, CRM object search, and HubSpot how-to questions will be included.

HubSpot has introduced a feature that allows users to manage workflow metrics directly in workflow settings. This update enables users to track conversion and performance data to understand each part of the workflow better.

When reviewing and publishing a workflow, users can enable metrics to ensure all enrollment data is tracked from the moment the workflow is published. HubSpot has set a limit of 20 workflows per portal that can have metrics enabled simultaneously. Users can easily toggle metrics on or off for specific workflows via the settings.
