To maintain trust and exceptional experiences, Profoundly upholds the highest standards for its Certified Pros. As a result, only a small percentage of applicants are approved.

Additionally, demand for expertise varies by specialization—some areas have immediate opportunities, while others may take more time. Upon successful review, if there is an active need for your expertise, you’ll be notified right away. Otherwise, we onboard qualified professionals as opportunities arise, though we cannot guarantee a specific timeline.

We understand this process requires patience, and we appreciate your commitment as we strive to create the best experience possible for both customers and Pros.

Before You Start: Quick Agreement

Becoming a Profoundly Certified Pro means working directly with clients within the Profoundly platform. To ensure we accept only the best, this application requires time and effort. Before proceeding, please confirm that you:

• Have hands-on experience solving business problems using HubSpot and/or related third-party applications or integrations.
• Are not violating any agreements with an employer that would prevent you from offering services on Profoundly.
• Agree to Profoundly’s Platform Fee and Terms of Use. Profoundly retains 20% of all invoices, and you agree to invoice all clients met through Profoundly via the platform in perpetuity.
